Daraneesh Ragupathy is a Property Advisor within the Telemarketing team. He previously worked as a Business Development Executive where he specialized in driving growth and building strong client relationships. Having lived in India and the United Kingdom, Daraneesh brings a global and broader perspective to Portugal Homes' work. Fluent in English and Tamil, he excels in communication and teamwork, with a strong focus on attention to detail, adaptability. Education-wise, he holds a a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and a Master's in International Marketing, combining academic excellence with professional expertise. Outside of work, you can find him playing football, hiking or swimming.

Elizabeth comes from the tech world and, other than being trained in data science, she has also worked at a software startup where she helped implement new a mobility solution in Angola, one of the countries she has lived in, after having lived in Canada and Namibia. She is a very persistent and a fast learner and those are the main characteristics that brought her to our operations team.

If you want to have a conversation with José, you can choose if you would like to have it in Portuguese, English, French or Spanish. Being a polyglot will definitely serve him well as our Hospitality Manager, and so will his great experience and excellence with guest services, event planning and health and safety compliance.

Born and raised in France, José has also lived in the United Kingdom. Here in Portugal, he has lived in Lisbon and Ericeira, and is now in the Algarve, where we will take very good care of one our developments with his emotional intelligence, operational knowledge and attention to detail. As someone that truly loves what he does, in his free time, José likes to learn about hotel trends, as well as consuming content related to design. José also enjoys reading, travelling and having great gastronomic experiences. He balances it all off by practicing cross-fit.

Rachelle has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Major in Management Accounting. Before becoming our Administrative Support, she worked as an accounting assistant, a secretary administrator and a receptionist. Those experiences are a true testament to Rachelle organization skills, which are of great value to us. She also has acquired abilities in office administration and customer services and is a reliable team member that knows how to put valuable protocols and procedures in place. Rachelle loves boosting her adrenaline and has done skydiving. In her downtime, she likes going close to the shore or to the mountains, watching movies, and loves to travel and to try new cuisines, although the does have Italian and Asian food as her favorites. 

Alice Andrade Dos Santos is a vital part of our administrative team, bringing a strong background in recruitment, HR, and assistant roles. Fluent in Portuguese and English, Alice has lived in the USA, Brazil, and Portugal, which has given her a broad and adaptable perspective in her work. With a degree in Human Resources, Alice excels in organization, multitasking, and maintaining empathy in all her interactions. Her ability to adapt to different challenges makes her an essential support system for our team in the Algarve. Outside of work, Alice finds joy in reading poetry, spending time in nature, and drawing, activities that reflect her creative and thoughtful nature. 

With a BA in Political Science and a Master's Degree in International Business Managment, Anshul has great experience in sales and business development. In one of his preview's roles, he got to, along with his team, smash the Black Friday Sale’s record and was even awarded Manager of the Month. Anshul is a gym guy that had managed to deadlift 220kg, and that now exercises his great skills in our squad of Property Advisors. Other than getting a good workout, Anshul is a great dancer who enjoys having a nice Indo-Chinese meal and is passionate about visiting Bali. 

After completing her BSc in Mass Communication, Kendall is now pursuing a Master's in International Marketing Management at Manchester Metropolitan University. With experience in customer service, recruitment, and as an administrative and research assistant, she brings a well-rounded skill set to her role as a Property Advisor, always focused on helping clients find exactly what they need. Her dedication to keeping clients informed earns her consistently positive feedback. Kendall’s favourite city is Paris, and she loves fried rice. In her free time, she enjoys tackling DIY projects, working on self-improvement, and spending time with her family.

Sandy Barreiros brings a unique blend of skills and experiences to our telemarketing team, shaped by a diverse and dynamic career path. Fluent in both Portuguese and English, Sandy was born and raised in the United States before moving to Portugal in 1991, where she has lived in Lisbon, the Silver Coast, and the Algarve. With 17 years of experience as an occupational therapist, Sandy has a deep-rooted passion for helping others. Sandy pivoted into real estate, where she now excels in telemarketing, using her exceptional communication skills to connect with and assist clients. Sandy’s adaptability, team spirit, and love for challenges make her an invaluable member of our team. Her journey is a testament to her resilience and willingness to embrace new opportunities, having successfully changed careers twice without prior experience. When she’s not at work, Sandy enjoys spending quality time with her family, indulging in her love for reading, music, cooking, and exploring new destinations. 

Ibrahim Abiodun Ojewumi brings a diverse background to our telemarketing team, with experience spanning from chemistry laboratory science to electrical engineering, sales, and now property advising. Originally from Nigeria, Ibrahim moved to Portugal in 2023 and has been living in Quarteira since then. With a B.Sc. in Pure and Applied Chemistry, Ibrahim excels in creating positive impressions and building relationships quickly. His ability to connect with people and his diverse professional experience make him a valuable asset to our team. In his free time, Ibrahim enjoys reading, coding, and playing chess. 

Marta Stojanowska brings a wealth of experience to our team as a seasoned Property Manager. Fluent in Polish, English, and Dutch (Flemish), Marta's diverse language skills complement her international work background, making her a vital asset in managing properties across different cultural landscapes. With a career spanning several countries, Marta has gained her expertise in property management through key roles in renowned organizations in Poland and innovative startups in Belgium. Now, in Portugal, she leverages her extensive technical and operational knowledge to ensure our clients receive exceptional service, always with a customer-oriented approach. Outside of work, Marta enjoys cooking and baking, bringing the same level of passion and precision to her kitchen as she does to her professional life. 

With a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Marketing and Management, Samhitha has experience in customer services and as a marketing assistant. With that, she has developed abilities in content writing, social media marketing and advertising, event management, and in hospitality. As a Property Advisor, her communication skills are a great asset, especially when combined with her knowledge and background. Samhitha is also into athletics and was the fastest runner of her school for 2 years. No wonder she has collected around 40 medals in sports during her time in school and in university. She also loves to dance and practices Yoga and basketball for a long time. Other than enjoying some Indian food, Samhitha likes to take holidays in Santorini. 

Born in Amsterdam and raised in Manchester, Ghulam Sultan joins Portugal Homes' Telemarketing team as a Property Advisor. Ghulam is a skilled professional with a diverse background, having previously worked with charities and fundraising, leading door-to-door sales teams, and as a Lead Objection Handler at an accident management company. Fluent in English and Urdu, Ghulam excels in intrapersonal skills, communication and objection handling. His background in Engineering and Architecture, his passion for design, photography and jiujitsu, plus his multicultural experiences of having studied in Spain, make him a valuable addition to Portugal Homes' team. 

Bora is trained in very distinct areas such as law, health and social care, dance and has great expertise in property law. It is easy to tell she is a very flexible person and that is not only figurative but also literally, which helps with her great dance moves. She likes to take her time to rest in Nice, France, and enjoys cooking. 

Besides having a Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive Engineering, Arsh also has a Master’s in Connected and Autonomous Vehicle Engineering. In fact, he is a very driven person, that sees the selling process in a very holistic way. Beyond being experienced with contacting clients and prospectives in many different ways, he also knows how to develop tailored content that will engage customers and has his own way of applying automotive engineering insights to his sales strategy, always aligned with market trends and clients’ needs.

Arsh is a solution finder, and he can help a customer find the perfect solution just as well as he can fix a car. He also likes to lift weight, is passionate about sports – both watching and playing them – and enjoys having some Indian food, maybe cooked by himself. By the way, he can also build a functional robot from scratch.

An accomplished professional with a background tax advisory services, Abdullaah Azam joins Portugal Homes' team as a Property Advisor. In his previous work experiences, he managed to save local businesses over £400,000 on tax bills and quickly advanced to an assistant managerial position. Abdullaah spent his childhood in Saudi Arabia but relocated to the United Kingdom during his teenage years, and is fluent in English and Arabic. He holds a degree in Film and achieved top marks in English and Literature. Outside of work, Abdullaah enjoys playing football, exploring cinema, and travelling to countries where he doesn't quite speak the language, all to embrace the challenge.

Having studied English Language, Philosophy and Psychology, Shahwaiz gathers all his knowledge into his work. With great experience, and a record break, in raising funds for charities he also knows all about applying marketing and communication techniques when talking to prospects. In his down time he likes to dive in a good book, or go for a run to keep fit. He also loves to travel and the place he loves to visit the most is Snowdonia, in Wales.

Lindsey Anne Lawrence brings over 18 years of client-focused experience to our telemarketing team. Originally from West Yorkshire, England, she built a successful career as a hair stylist in London before moving to the Algarve in 2016. When the pandemic affected her business, Lindsey transitioned into real estate in 2021, leveraging her strong communication skills and passion for customer service. Lindsey’s adaptability and eagerness to learn have made her a valuable asset to our team. With qualifications in hairdressing and recent Portuguese language courses, she’s committed to both personal and professional growth. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys socializing, attending music events, spending time at the beach, and playing Padel. 

Diogo Barrelas is a CRO Specialist with a strong background in conversion rate optimization, data-driven strategies, and UX/UI enhancements. Fluent in Portuguese and English, and with intermediate proficiency in Spanish and beginner skills in German and Italian, Diogo effectively bridges communication across diverse markets. His professional experience includes marketing initiatives, where he focuses on optimizing digital conversion rates, managing paid media, and supporting franchise operations. As a marketing freelancer, Diogo successfully droves digital strategies and content creation, significantly boosting website traffic and engagement. Additionally, his e-commerce ventures have achieved notable revenue growth through comprehensive management of product design and digital marketing. Diogo’s academic achievements in CRO, data analysis, and digital marketing are complemented by his hands-on experience. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, fitness, music, painting, manual crafts, and fishing. 

Melissa is a copywriter and senior content writer with over 18 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has also ventured into planning and marketing due to her interest in developing content in a strategic and holistic way. She holds a postgraduate degree in Applied Consumer Sciences and a master's degree in strategic communication. Her expertise and diverse knowledge, combined with her creativity, brought her to the Harland & Poston Group. She took her first professional steps at an advertising agency specialized in the real estate market and she still has a passion for the topic, as well as for decoration, travel, dancing, and crafts. She also loves planning and executing small parties and gatherings. Melissa was born and raised in Brazil, but lives in Lisbon since 2017. She is fluent in Portuguese and English but also speaks a decent Spanish. 

Mariana Nascimento, a Portuguese graphic designer who will be a part of our Social Media division. She has experience in Portugal and abroad, with a background on communication design and editorial design. In light of her professional experiences, she describes herself as quick, resilient and collaborative. Fluent in Portuguese and English, Mariana is also passionate about illustration and pop-up books.

Meet Lília Carvalho Silva, Portugal Homes' newest team member! Fluent in Tetun, Portuguese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, Lília's global experience and language skills enrich our company's multiculturalism. With experience in travel arrangements and customer service across Timor Leste, Macau, Portugal, and Turkey, Lília's adaptability and multitasking prowess shine. Her strengths lie in teamwork and meticulous attention to detail, cultivated through academic achievements like the Erasmus Mundus 2022 program and participation in the TLYFP extracurricular activity. Beyond her professional life, Lília finds joy in hiking, photography, travel, and indulging in literature and cinema. Her dynamic approach to life mirrors her passion for exploration.

Joana Balsa joins Portugal Homes as Marketing Director, providing additional expertise and guidance on marketing strategies and vision for the future growth of the company. Joana holds eighteen years of dedicated experience in Product Management, Strategic Marketing, and Digital Marketing, working in B2B and B2C business models within Europe, in Portugal, Belgium, Italy, and Spain. She is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

The best part of Joana´s role is working alongside a dynamic team of creatives, always striving to learn, be challenged, and keep the momentum of joy in developing ingenious solutions that promote the future growth of Harland & Poston Group.

Shahbaz Asghar joins Portugal Homes to reinforce the After Sales department. His past experience from studying at ACCA and working in Property Management, Leasing, and Sales in the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom make him more than ready to take on the role of Property Manager. Originally from Pakistan, Shahbaz is a multi-skilled individual who speaks 4 languages fluently, English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, while dabbling in Arabic too, and relies on transparency and communication as the key tenets to ensure an excellent relation with his clients. When he is not working, you can probably find Shahbaz either watching or playing football. 

Ana is the newest addition to Portugal Homes and Harland Poston Group. Born and raised in Portugal, Ana has a bachelor's degree in financial management and has previously worked in administrative and construction management support and human resources. With her extensive knowledge and deep insights, she will undoubtedly prove an invaluable resource to the team at Portugal Homes.

João Santos is a Portuguese national with a background in the hotel & tourism sector services, along with cabin crew training. João enjoys exceeding clients' expectations, helping our Portugal Homes clientele achieve their needs in the best way he can. In João's spare time, he dedicates time to the non-profit association for ocean preservation with group beach clean-ups.

Christian Chririnos is originally from Venezuela with previous experience in client care and as a manager. Christian is incredibly proactive individual, he enjoys finding solutions to his clients as a property advisor in Portugal Homes. Recreationally, Christian loves to play guitar and practice martial arts. 

Born and raised in Lisboa, Tiago is PortugalHomes’ new Content Marketing Executive. Though Digital Marketing is a new field of work for Tiago, he has always had a vested interest in learning about everything and is eager to discover more about the business. A graduate in Translation studies, Tiago is proficient in English and French, having previously worked as a real-time interpreter, assisting people in obtaining the help they need. He has always loved writing, and this extends beyond content marketing and into the realm of fiction. An avid reader, Tiago hopes to one day publish his own book. 

Camila is Brazilian, living in Portugal for over 5 years, and will be a Property Advisor for the Telemarketing department at Portugal Homes, part of Harland & Poston Group. She has administrative work experience in Brazil and Portugal, specializing in retail management. Camila will provide client service excellence with her sales expertise, and meet the needs of the client. In her spare time, you will find Camila spending time with family on outdoor activities, cookies and getting updated on current events and news.

Nidia has past work experience in the Real Estate Industry and has worked for the United States of America Federal and State Laws while living in Boston, Massachusetts. Nidia will be an incredible asset to Portugal Homes, part of Harland & Poston Group with her professional experience in International Tax Laws, especially when assisting clients with particular inquiries as a Property Advisor in our Telemarketing department. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and in her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, cooking and reading.

João is a part of the Project Development and Construction Department, delivering outstanding expertise in project management, project execution planning, architectural surveying, and licensing. João takes pride in one of his academic accomplishments, an in-depth thesis on wood construction and sustainability in the Azores region.

Originally from the autonomous island of the Azores, he has lived on the mainland and spent one year in Florianopolis, Brazil. He is an avid lover of model making and sailing in his downtime.

Portugal Homes is thrilled to announce Keith Poston as our new Real Estate Developments Manager, where he will work closely with the Project Development and Construction Department. Keith brings over 16 years of experience in retail, project management, sales, and operational management.

Originally from the UK, Keith has extensive expertise in customer service, product knowledge, sales strategy, and planning—skills essential for driving our company's Project Developments. In his free time, Keith enjoys indulging in sports, whether playing or watching football, snooker, or golf. He also values spending time with friends and family.

Portugal Homes, part of Harland & Poston Group, is thrilled to present Angelica Domingos as an Administrative Support. Angelica has worked in one of the biggest mall franchises in the Philippines, and as a freelancer, she specializes in digital marketing and customer service. Recently she worked with data analytics and dealt with different types of clients developing familiarity with highly different cultural backgrounds. In her free time, she likes to read, watch TV shows, and listen to various genres of music - from indie, pop, classic and pop rock.

Viviane is a multilingual professional with a strong background in customer service and management roles. With experience as a Team Leader and a Manager in the hospitality industry, she excels in organizational management, problem-solving, and effective communication.  Viviane's fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, along with her passion for learning Italian, and her MBA in People Management, makes it easier for her to connect with both clients and colleagues. 

She brings her expertise in customer service and attention to detail to provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new cultures through travel, savouring a wide array of sweets and desserts, and immersing herself in the world of music.

Paulo Bernardes is originally from Portugal, with professional experience in Web Development; working in Ubuntu Leaders Academy and ORSIES, also known as the Observatory for Responsibility and Social institutions of Higher Education.  Paulo will be a part of the Marketing department as a Full-Stack Web Developer, where his expertise and expansive knowledge in Web Development will be an incredible asset to the company’s future growth and design goals! Outside of work, Paulo enjoys spending time playing the guitar.

Portugal Homes, part of Harland & Poston Group is thrilled to have Miguel Curto as our in-house Data Analyst in the Marketing department. Miguel is a multidisciplinary individual, who is not only data-driven but has past professional experience in marketing, content writing, development, social media campaign adverts, and Google Analytics. He is proficient in Mandarin, English and Portuguese; and has lived in China while completing general studies in Translation. Outside of communication and data, Miguel is an avid lover of music! He enjoys producing music, playing guitar and listening to new tunes. 

Flavia Morais is a Brazilian living in Lisbon since 2021. As a curious person, she has worked in some areas of advertising such as art director, production, planning, and content creation, but used to work as a freelancer for some companies and has been dedicated to social media. Her degrees in social communication have an emphasis on advertising and she hopes to bring new ideas to Harland & Poston Group’s digital marketing team. Out of work, she loves spending time with her cats, seeing the beautiful Lisbon sunset and discovering new sweet shops. 

Portugal Homes welcomes the new Senior Graphic Designer José Soveral,  a skilled professional, with a deep understanding of aesthetic design. His unique tech skills make him a great addition to the Digital Marketing team. His life story starts in Angola and comes to Portugal, where he acquired his graduation and post-graduation in Strategic Brand Development. José has an extensive experience in advertising and has worked in Portugal and Angola for national and international clients, always looking for the perfect solution. Besides the always healthy “dolce fare niente” - or sweet art of doing nothing -, he also enjoys hanging out with friends, reading, scribbling, learning new things on the internet, and being on-site with people.

Inês Rodrigues is a Portuguese Designer with great skills and professional experience. Born in Lisbon, Inês has lived in the Algarve in recent years, where she completed her degree at the University of Algarve. Back in the Portuguese capital, she now joins the Marketing Department at Portugal Homes, part of the Harland and Poston Group as a Junior Graphic & Web Designer. Inês describes herself as a seeker of knowledge and new experiences and loves to use her creativity to build ideas and concepts. Inês speaks Portuguese and English, and in her spare time, she enjoys reading and travelling abroad.

Portugal Homes welcomes Teresa Cherry Pinto, who joins our company to reinforce the After Sales team, within the scope of the Operations Department. Teresa has extensive experience in Real Estate Management and Mediation and holds a Diploma from the Council of Real Estate Agents. She speaks English and Afrikaans and is currently learning Portuguese. Before Lisbon, she lived in South Africa and Madeira (Portugal), for 3 years. In her free time, she likes to read, watch movies and walk around the city.

Gonçalo is part of the Portugal Homes After Sales Department, providing property and investment advisory along with ultimate client care on finding the very best real estate investment in Portugal. Gonçalo is originally from Portugal, and has lived abroad in Brazil; he has past work experience in a wide variety of industry sectors ranging from retailing & sales, to assisting in the food & beverage industry, and as a protective service worker, serving as a lifeguard. Outside of work, Gonçalo enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, and cooking. 

Jedidiah Lopes is a part of the After Sales department, providing ultimate client care in project management and delivering furnishing & design service. She is originally from the Philippines but lived in Qatar before relocating to Portugal. Jedidiah´s professional experience as a Human Resources Officer will be a great asset when assisting our dedicated After Sales clients. In her downtime, Jedidiah loves exploring photography and sudoku puzzles.

Portugal Homes is thrilled to announce Joanne Smith as the new After Sales Manager. She will bring to the forefront of our After Sales Department all her long expertise in customer service. Her past work experience in the hospitality industry and retail management has given her the ultimate knowledge in delivering high-quality client care. Joanne is a natural leader in not only empowering but nurturing her department team members for continuous success and growth. 
 

With South African and British roots, and being bilingual in English and Afrikaans, Joanne will add more international diversity to our company, a significant addition to our team. In her spare time, Joanne enjoys swimming, and especially loves watching football and rugby matches, in particular, if the Liverpool or Celtic team is playing! She also enjoys making her very own biltong, the South African

João’s experience in the Real Estate market dates back to 2006, working in different markets such as Spain, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Italy and Brazil. Being a Portuguese investor himself, his expertise in the Portuguese market is vast and you’ll gain excellent advice for your investments.

Miguel Dionisio is a significant addition to our accounts team at the Algarve office, part of Harland and Poston Group. He is currently taking his Administration degree at Algarve University, where he lives with his family. Miguel is passionate about organization and numbers, making him a perfect fit to join the Portugal Homes family. While enjoying his free time, he likes to hang out with his family, read books, and go for a nice walk at the beach.

Tânia works closely with the Operations Department as administrative support to the sources department in the Lisbon office. Originally from the north of Portugal, Tânia moved to the Algarve and accepted the challenge of being part of the Harland & Poston Group. Previously, Tânia worked as an administrative assistant, using her back office skills to provide support and organization, which will be an asset to the Operations Department. Outside of work, Tânia plays sports, especially football, where she was a professional player for around 12 years!

Fábio Jardelino is a Brazilian journalist, passionate about writing and communication studies. In the past, Fabio worked covering stories for newspapers and magazines, mostly regarding sociology, politics, and economics. He has already lived in countries such as Argentina, Cuba, Belgium, and Poland, but now has settled in Portugal for good. Currently, he is finishing his PhD in Communication Studies, focusing on the Political communication field.

His journalist background and previous experience writing articles for several news publications, along with having lived in several countries, are some of the reasons why he is a valuable addition to our Digital Marketing team.

Along with writing fiction stories, his favourite hobbies also include discovering classic movies, experimenting with photography, and watercolour painting.

Benjamin is originally from Wales in the United Kingdom with a professional and academic background in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, B-tec Advanced, and dedicated customer service certifications. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their investment goals which will be a great asset to the Property Advisor Team. In Benjamin´s downtime, he loves exploring different cultures and spending time socializing.

Paul is originally from Britain and has lived in Spain and Portugal for several years. Paul’s professional background in Sales, Management, and Business Development makes him a strong asset to the Real Estate Team. His knowledge of investments helps clients on establishing the best property investment in Portugal! He considered himself a people person and loves outdoor & water activities such as Climbing, Mountain Biking, and Jet Skiing.

Natália has lived in Brazil, USA, England and Portugal. She is extremely professional in her customer service skills, time management, and able to adapt easily should a normal workday become busier than usual.  She holds past work experience in Hotel Management, and Strategic Service Management. In Natália's spare time, you will find her at the beach, spending time with friends, and indulging in some reading.

José is a vital team member in the Project Development & Construction Department at Portugal Homes, part of the Harland & Poston Group as a Senior Civil Engineer in our Algarve office headquarters. His educational background in civil engineering, and having a MBA in Project Management will be instrumental to our in-house construction department. Not to mention his extensive experience in industrial, and residential construction, along with time management skills. In José´s downtime, he enjoys travelling, working out, learning new technologies, and catching up on some reading.

Before arriving at Portugal Homes, Elton has had the opportunity to live and work in the UK and in Indonesia. He has a degree in Computing and various diplomas in sales training, that will come handy to improve our corporate IT internally and externally. He is joining the team now, adding ultimate value to the IT information and management structure of the Portugal Homes - Harland & Poston Group. When he is not working he loves going to the gym, socializing with friends and family, trying new rums, listening to music and traveling the world with his young family. 

Aline Carvalho is a part of the Marketing department at Portugal Homes, part of the Harland & Poston Group. She brings a wealth of knowledge and carries a Master Degree in Literature and Culture Studies, as well as, a couple of Marketing and Advertising courses. Having lived worked and studied in Brazil, Ireland, now in Portugal, when Aline is not working she is practicing yoga, visiting libraries, reading and getting up to date with all the cultural events that happen in Lisbon. 

Growing up in various parts of the UK, Mark has lived all across the globe, moving from the Netherlands before settling in the Algarve. Native English and proficient in Dutch, Mark thrives on hunting down the very best properties the Algarve has to offer, specific to his client's needs. 

Mark combines fitness with outdoor life, exploring the beautiful Portuguese coastline both by bicycle and on foot. Originally from Bristol in the UK, Mark's rich background in customer service has taken him across the globe. 

After living in the Netherlands for a number of years, Mark has moved to the sunnier climes of the Algarve and when not pursuing a dream home for a client, can be found hiking or biking along Portugal's stunning coastlines.

Before arriving in Portugal, Filip was born in Poland and then had the opportunity to live in Turkey, Malta, the UK and Spain. He graduated from the University of Economics in Poznań (Poland) with a Masters degree and had the experience of living in Türkiye by participating in the European student exchange program. His professional experience in digital marketing agencies in Liverpool and Barcelona, where he worked on SEO strategies for several companies and business sectors, along with his analytical mindset, an eye for details, in-depth SEO analysis and compiling SEO strategies to create robust site architectures were strong reasons to join Portugal Homes and the Harland & Poston Group’s digital marketing team. When he’s off work, it’s easy to find Filip hiking in a nature setting, working on self-improvement or watching a FC Barcelona football match!

Hugo's drive, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication skills have made him a valuable member of Portugal Homes’ After Sales team. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and with some knowledge of Spanish and French, Hugo completed his studies at the Cambridge School with top grades. Though he was born and raised in Portugal, he has also lived in China, France, and the USA. Outside of work, Hugo enjoys sports, walking, reading, and spending time with his family.

Stefanie is from Vancouver, Canada, and arrived at the Harland & Poston Group with vast education and work experience in residential/commercial interior design, visual merchandising & presentation, print & digital design, social media content development, SEO and communications. Her past work experience in various sectors of Design & Marketing, in addition to her fluency as a native English speaker are key for her content marketing management role within the Marketing department. One of her milestones has been participating in a co-design proposal for a sustainable housing cooperative for the city of Tofino, in Canada. In her free time, Stefanie enjoys spending time with family, friends and her dog, Peanut, but also roaming Portugal for new travel spots and foodie experiences.

Rogério enters Portugal Homes’ Project Development & Construction Department on the back of his large experience in construction sites, executing several projects in countries like France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and the Netherlands besides Portugal. 

Working with us, we can count on his ability to speak Portuguese, English, French and Spanish fluently and his skills to easily access the sectors that withstand the construction production with direct and vertical connection.

On a more personal level, Rogério loves to travel and sail, to cook and photograph. Getting a PhD is also in his plans for the future.

António is a full stack web developer from the north of Portugal, who loves photography and video editing in his free time. He speaks fluent Portuguese and English, and considers himself to be a resilient and persistent person, which allied to the values of communication and teamwork that he gathered in his previous working experiences, will help him to fit well into the Portugal Homes digital marketing team.

Originally from Derry, in Ireland, Elizabeth fell in love with Portugal while coming here on holiday. After some time in consideration, she finally made the decision to move to the Algarve in 2017.nNow at Portugal Homes, Elizabeth brings more than 20 years of administrative experience, as a Project Development Admin Manager, working alongside the Project Development and Construction Department.

Luís is fluent in Portuguese and English and joined our company to add value to our Construction department as well as our clients. He has worked in various countries such as Brazil, Angola, Malawi and Mozambique, working in multiple constructions projects, managing and supervising works and finding solutions for complex problems.
When he's not working loves travelling, various sports and getting to know new cultures.

Maria left Venezuela in 2017 to study Architecture abroad. In 2018 arrived in Portugal, after a brief passage through the United States of America, and is now a part of the Harland and Poston team as a Receptionist, contributing to a positive working environment with her easygoing attitude. Loves art, especially design and painting, and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Originally from York in the United Kingdom, Matthew moved to Portugal in 2012 after spending 13 years in the Netherlands. A native English speaker, he is also fluent in Portuguese and Dutch. Since the turn of the millennium, he has been advising both international and local investors. Matthew and his family reside on the south side of the River Tagus, in Costa da Caparica. He enjoys early morning walks on the beach and takes pride in helping his valued clients find their dream homes and investment opportunities.

George has been working in Portugal for the past 6 years, during which time he successfully ran his own property brokerage in the Algarve. Now part of the Portugal Homes team, George brings all his experience and energy to help our clients make the best investments.

Simon began his professional journey as an Officer in the British Army before transitioning into a successful career as a serial entrepreneur, building a portfolio of thriving businesses. Currently, he leads the Investment Advisors team at Harland and Poston Group, bringing over 30 years of experience in the property market. For the past 15 years, Simon has been regarded as one of the most successful property brokers in Portugal.

Ryan is from Sunderland, UK. His experience in sales dates back to 1999 as an Energy Advisor. Since then, Ryan has gathered plenty of expertise and knowledge in investments in several sectors, like the Solar Industry and Developments in Australia. Now in Real Estate at Portugal Homes, Ryan makes use of all his experience to best advise you on your investments.

Marcela left Brazil in 2013 to work in Ireland and then came to Portugal to study Human Resources Management. At Harland and Poston Group, Marcela provides very important administrative support for the investment advisors and the real estate teams.

Margarida has the enormous responsibility of ensuring the structural organization of all After Sales tasks related to our clients’ investment needs and that all data is organized so that we can offer the best support as fast as possible.

Daniela Xarepe has been with Portugal Homes, part of Harland and Poston Group, since its inception at Avenida da Liberdade 49. She began her job experience in various roles in administration and assisting, and eventually, she found her true passion lay in numbers. Daniela specializes in accounting, auditing, and financial management, making her role as Head of Accounts extremely important in keeping the business smooth sailing at all times.

Kate has an outstanding understanding of the European real estate market. This expertise enables her to oversee and train a multilingual team that assists, informs, and guides clients from over 35 different nationalities. She and her team are often the initial point of contact for clients of the Harland & Poston Group’s brands. Kate’s knowledge and experience ensure that every investor receives an excellent start, whether investing in Portugal, Spain, or elsewhere in Europe. With a background working at top levels in some of Europe’s largest real estate companies, we are thrilled to have her on our team.

Andreia is a vital team member, known for her positive attitude and solution-oriented approach. Hailing from northern Portugal, she moved to Lisbon to study at one of the capital’s top universities, beginning her career in the real estate industry in 2015. Her journey with the Harland & Poston Group began as a Senior Business Analyst at Portugal Homes. Now, as the Business Development Director, she oversees the Project Development and Construction department for the Harland & Poston Group.

As Operations Director, Verónica oversees all facets of the company. Her commitment and energy guarantee that our team consistently delivers the highest standards of service to our clients. Born in Switzerland to a Portuguese father and a Chilean mother, Verónica quickly became multilingual and is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys reading or walking her dog, Chifle.

His experience has taken him to Dubai, Germany, and Cyprus, and he has now returned to Portugal, where his journey began.
